If you value the item you're having cleaned, AVOID THIS PLACE. I brought them my brand-new, $1000 tailored suit to have it cleaned and pressed before wearing it at my wedding. Two weeks before the wedding, I go to pick up the suit and learn that, somehow, they completely lost the suit. It took a couple days to get a hold of the owner, at which point they promised to find it or compensate me. They never found it, so I had to scramble to find something else to wear for my wedding, and to have it tailored in record time. A complete and total nightmare. To be fair, after much haggling with the owner they were willing to pay for the cost to replace the suit. So at least I am financially whole. However, I was of course unable to get the same suit again, and they did not make up for all the pain and stress that they have caused leading up to the biggest day of my life. I almost never write negative reviews of local businesses, but I feel in this case potential customers need to understand the risk they are taking in entrusting their valuable items to The Cleanery. I can't imagine the level of mismanagement that must be occurring for something like this to happen.

I do not usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I felt people had the right to know about my experience at this dry cleaner. I dropped off my wedding dress over a month ago to this business. They said it would take about 2 weeks to get it done. After a week my husband went to pick up his suit and they said they would put an urgent tag on the dress. 3 weeks later we came in hoping the dress would be finished and it was not cleaned, was put in the very back of a line of dresses, and was wodded in a ball in the bottom of the bag it came in. I had only requested to have it cleaned and was not asking for a preservation box, so there shouldn't have been a delay.After that point I did not want to support this business and took my dress back. Now I have to find a new place to get it cleaned. I am very disappointed.

Great service. Our order was ready when promised. We had a wedding dress cleaned and pressed and it turned out beautifully. We have also had good results with other items too. The quality of their work is consistent. The do a wonderful job on dress shirts.
