Great staff, my orders are never wrong and they are familiar with the mobile app. Just PLEASE fix the water drainage issue over Drive Thru window number 1. When it rains it gets the workers and customer arm soaked when exchanging payment.

i never write reviews, but this mcdonalds is constantly either getting my order wrong or i will be missing items in my order. The workers always seem like we are bothering them from something. Its a shame since its the only one near JBLM and will always get business.

Slow as Christmas and still no lobby open? All other places opened weeks ago. If you still can't get any help, offer better pay. There are other McDonald's that are fully open and run way better.

You have to use " uber eats". There is flyers at the store with the info. So you will also need the app on ur phone.
Call them. I don't go to Lakewood.
I live next to the head guys there. He never baths brush his teeth. Hus house is known for all they're ROACHES by everyone on our block. Stay away from there
