I moved my mother to memory care 4 months ago, the adjustment for her in the beginning was difficult and they worked with her and constantly kept me informed. They have really helped in my opinion, every time I visit her, she is very happy and content.

Besides memory care this place is overpriced trash! The residents in AL are constantly neglected, and when they voice how they're being treated upper management argues and belittles them. The DON in AL is well known to use bullying tactics on staff members. The work environment is so toxic and degrading that it spills over to the care of the residents.

I visited Harbor Chase for my parents. The staff was outstanding. The food was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were just the right size. The residents were very busy with all the activities. I think they can really call this home.
