My brakes squeal exceptionally loud. Bob Brown's response "that is normal". Replaced all four brakes and rotors - two weeks after, now my brakes squeal as loud if not louder. I have yet to find another Yukon with brakes that make such a squeal. One of my taillights was intermittent on and off - Bob Brown's response - that will be $1000 to repair and by the way for us to look at it will be $100 (we will charge you $50). Found a fix on the internet - it took 1 hour and the taillight worked ever since. My front shocks locked up twice now and leaked all over the place. Bob Brown's response - these shocks have a known problem of leaking and sticking. The last time the shocks failed it cost me two front tires. Not much more to say than completely disappointed about part quality and maintenance.

My Service Advisor, Sonny/Sanin was terrific. Thank you, Sonny!

My experience at Bob Brown was awesome! My service advisor Sunny was fantastic to work with! He got my car serviced, which included a part replacement, in an incredible amount of time. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family! Thanks Sunny for your great work!

Typically, your engine air filter should be changed every 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. However, these intervals can change depending on the vehicle model, the kinds of conditions you drive in, and how much you drive. Signs your engine air filter may need to be replaced: - Reduced fuel economy - Reduced power - Reduced acceleration - Illuminated Check Engine light
Tires are rotated to achieve a uniform wear for all tires. Each tire performs different tasks (such as steering in front- versus rear-wheel drive), therefore tires wear at different rates. Your tires should be rotated every 7,500 miles to prevent irregular tire wear.

Using the Infotainment Touchscreen 1. Turn on the vehicle and keep it in Park. 2. Touch the Phone icon on your vehicle’s touchscreen. 3. Look for an option on the screen to add or connect a new phone. It may say “Add Phone,” “Pair Device,” “Connect Phone” or “+.” 4. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, turn Bluetooth on and select your vehicle from the list of options. 5. Confirm the code shown on the phone matches the code on the infotainment touchscreen. 6. Touch Pair on the infotainment touchscreen. You may also have to accept the pairing on your device, as well. 7. If prompted, agree (or disagree) to allow the infotainment system to access your phone’s contacts and messages. Note: If you disagree, your contacts and messages will not be downloaded. In this case, you will be able to make calls after pairing by saying a phone number but will not be able to use a contact’s name to make a call. 8. When the pairing is complete, the infotainment screen will show your phone as available for making and receiving calls.
Yes they have done ours before but it's within reason on how far you are
