We got a rental while our car was being fixed. Unfortunately it took 5 extra days of no vehicle due to a shortage. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could do accommodate our request for a fuel efficient vehicle. The car was nice, but definitely NOT clean! The floor, seats, and windows were still dirty. They were wiped down just not well. Overall we had a good experience and appreciate the service and helpfulness of the staff.

I would like to report a formal complaint/review about our experience with the Mt. Vernon, IL office. My husband and I requested a vehicle to rent on 6.20 for 6days through the Enterprise App. (6.24-6.30). We Upon driving to the location (we live 30min away) my husband went in to pick up and was told there was nothing for him. The representative in office was not helpful or accommodating in anyway, and rather rude. She would not help search for or recommend another office. Also stated that the office tried to call us 2x earlier this week, but we have no records of missed calls or emails. We then went through with trying to get a rental from Marion, IL. directly through customer service. Rep on the phone guaranteed that we would be able to pick up tomorrow (6.25) at 9am. Around 6pm the Marion office called us and said there was nothing for us. I understand that things happen, but we are genuinely unhappy with the lack of communication and the false claims of being told repeatedly there was something for us.

Was put on the DNR list for a payment which I have paid!. I don’t know what the problem with this new staff at mount Vernon enterprise but I’ll spent over 15k with this company just to be blackballed

I wasn't asked for a utility bill but I would say yes.
Call the office tomorrow between 8 and 5 and they will gladly set up a reservation for you.
No a credit card is required for deposit.
If you pre-paid, and cancel 7 days to 24 hours out from your pickup time, you'll get a refund of your deposit minus $50 Cancellation Fee. Cancel within 24 hours of your pick up, and the fee is $100. If you did not prepay there is no cancellation fee.
