Do not order from this company. We placed an order for a snowblower at the beginning of January. 3 days later it was sent for shipment. It's been 4 weeks now and it still has not shipped out to us. I have called MULTIPLE times and each time I hear the same thing "Oh I'm going to have to look into this and get with UPS and we'll get back to you". They never get back to you, and clearly never get with UPS to find a resolution. We had 1 person tell us that if it wasn't resolved by the end of the week, they would send us out another one - that was 3 weeks ago and that never happened. I don't know how they stay in business when they can't ensure their orders aren't being sent.

I purchased a zero turn mower online, and paid the flat rate shipping. 3 days later, the company wanted to collect an additional $650 in shipping charges (more than double what was quoted and already paid). Email communication was poor, and messages went unanswered for 1 week. When I called the company to see if we could work out some compromise, the customer service associate (who was also a part owner in the company) told me "you can't have your cake and eat it too." Some of the worst treatment I have had from a small business. The one positive is that the refund was processed quickly.
