Attempted to use the app to order food 15 mins ahead of time. When we showed up, the app wouldn’t let us check in, so we pressed the button to let the employees know we arrived and what stall we were in. 30 mins later we still didn’t have food, so I had to go up and wave in the window at the 2 employees sitting on the counters and ask for our food. They quickly grabbed a bag that had already been prepared and handed it to me. I got out to my vehicle and realized all the food was cold, as if it had been made 30 mins ago and has been sitting there since. Went back up to the window and waved again at the 2 people still sitting by the drive through window (which had 4-5 cars backed up by this point, and asked if I could have fresh food, this was all cold. They made the food within a couple of minutes and got it to us. Terrible service and the app needs some work (not the first time the app has thrown errors after ordering, but most other locations can at least get hot food out.)

I just ordered 4 cherry limeades and they all are missing the lime. We just got cherry soda. They all tate nasty. I called the restaurant and the mailbox is full. I will not be coming back. We love Sonic too, we used to go a lot when we lived in Arizona always had excellent service. The service here in Illinois is very slow. We waited about 15 minutes just for this order in the stall and I had ordered through the app.

Horrible customer service. Waited 25+minutes for order just to get cold food. Complained and then yelled at by “shift manager” Tom. Car hop also had the audacity to say “Oh my God “ when I walked up. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This sonic was not a good choice, we ordered 2 hamburgers only difference between them was 1 no ketchup. So 1 had everything lettuce tomato onions. Mine had cheese, yep that's it no ketchup apparently meant nothing but cheese.

Yes. Absolutely. I've been treated very poorly here multiple times. Have had drive through employees talk sarcastically and all around rude to me. This has happened more times than not at this location.
These are some of the reasons as to why we switched to always mobile ordering on the way there. Still typically have long waits once we check in and we ALWAYS check our food before leaving because of prior issues we have had there.
It would most likely be because they weren't making enough money off of the watermelon flavor.

Happy hour (half off drinks and 99 cent corn dogs) is every day from 2-5pm. Large drinks are 99 cents daily (add ins cost extra).
