I came in on 09/24 and the clothes that are in the bins where not only unorganized but piled so high that it was actually difficult to even look through. The clothing was mostly still summer clothing and children's mixed with adults. It was so cluttered I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Disappointing.

I used to love shopping here I just have not been here in a while. The last time I visited this store there were a basket of shoes that the employee did not put on the shoe racks. Their clothing racks are always full and you will definitely walk out with a purchase.

This is by far the worst goodwill I go to. If something is not priced or can’t find price employees can’t get someone to price the item you just can’t buy it. Unlike other stores I have been in they write the prices on coats and stuff which you have to cover with a permanent marker vs putting tags on them. The staff is friendly but goodwill policies suck and since they get the stuff for free you think it would be priced fairly. I will never donate to this facility again and will shop elsewhere due to the unfair policies and not being able to purchase an item due to someone not writing a price on it , give your employees a break and let them be able to call someone to give price or charge that day without them being fired for trying to help a customer. Your store is under poor management and is a disgrace
