Watch it here.. the da and the public defenders work together and screw you. The public defenders are not out to help you. Watch the deals they make with you...

I accidentally wasn't paying attention to my speed and a state cop pulled me over and now I'm on this over two month issue of trying to figure out how to get court supervision. I was only given the ticket and once I attempted to pay it, they mailed me back and said they only accept checks from banks near them. But then they decided to also give me a zoom court date and options on my ticket. Was told they would email me the paperwork within two days for supervision and that never happened. It's been 17 days now. 82 since the ticket. First ticket, cop didn't care that it was an honest mistake. This is annoying.

If you are black, do not pass through this county. I was southbound on I 55 when I noticed a state trooper in his car. I slowed down to the speed limit while the pack of cars ahead of me flew past him going at least 85mph. As I passed him, he made eye contact with me and turned his lights on. He pulled me over and gave me a ticket for going 91 mph!! While standing next to my car, he asked if I was drunk at 10 am in the morning of course.

You have to ask the judge for supervision you can't buy it.
They should be open. Give the circuit clerk a call and they can help. Or if you have an attorney give them a calland they can help with the rescheduling. Just make sure you do not no-call-no-show, that is a bad bad idea.
Try there web site. I think they have a way. If not try calling them they are always very helpful
