Went in to add my newborn daughter to my case and the guy at the front desk was sleeping. I stood there for about 5 minutes and then he jumped up to help me. He took a copy of a paper and said he would get it taken care of and then a month later still nothing was added I had to go back in and demand I get it taken care of beacuse apparently whomever that guy was he lied he didn't do anything that day!

I’ve been trying for almost 2 months to get ahold of you. I am 18, just moved out alone and have no help. I’ve been running out of food so I’ve lowered portions. This has been such a terrible month and the one time I decided to reach out for help despite my stubbornness you guys have failed me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

They never answer their phones..never call back on the off chance you get the voice mail option. They say they do but just for fun I called while in the waiting room. Didn't even ring like they have the ringers off..

The machine has over 20 years of calls on them they didn't know they had now they are trying to find someone to erase them but no one knows how, maybe they should call Cat N The Hat lol

Go into the Montgomery county office and report that you have moved out of this county and ask to be removed from the case. You should be able to get a paper showing the removal. Take that to the new county office with you and apply.
