I didn’t want to give these careless people front desk a one star I am a Vet and wanted my 12yr son to get seen and all I ask was if they do walk-in they looked at me like I was crazy Instead of recommendation they just stood there i I guess I was interrupting there conversation 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Best staff from front to back. Very pleasant atmosphere,never a bad attitude from any staff member. The Drs are patient and very explainable.The most important thing is they make you feel as though they care.

This has been my Doctor's office for the past 9yrs. The doctor's and staff are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable on all health concerns. I would recommend them if anyone is looking to change doctor's.

I just called to talk to the lab bc my husband and I are traveling to Barbados and need a PCR Covid test within 72hrs of travel. Lady in the lab was rude, irritable with me and wouldn’t give me a straight simple answer. All I asked was the timeframe it takes their send out lab to typically give results back at the very latest. Not earliest, not a definite time, just an average up-to timeframe (3 days? Up to 5 days? Up to a year? Come on..). Lady was rude and condescending. Husband and I are both health care professionals. I would never speak to a patient/potential patient the way she did. We just moved nearby and likely would have been utitilzing this place with our 4 children. We will not be using this location bc of this very interaction.
