There was an extremely nice lady that was taken care of the customers and she really can work under pressure. She handled all the customers swiftly and professionally. This lady definitely deserves a raise for her skills of keeping the flow of the line. She was very courteous to every single customer. UPDATE Today was a total 180° turn around. I went in and the gentleman that was working the counter had no customers and insisted that I upload my package on the computer. I told him I never done that before and that was the first time I was asked to do something like that. I told him I was not familiar with that process and could he input as normal. He was really persistent in insisting that I use the computer. I stated that I am paying for a service, I've never had to do what you were asking me to do before, what is wrong with you inputting the information like the hundred times before. I was not rude to the gentleman but it gave me the impression that he did not want to intake my package. As this was taking place a customer walked in and all of a sudden he was glad to take my package. I still wanted to know the persistence. Anyway he ended up in taking my package as normal. When I went outside the customer that was behind me spoke to me and said that he is notorious for doing that all the time. She says she thinks it's a problem with his eyesight, I beg to differ. I felt like all the effort that he put into forcing me to use the computer, that same amount of time could have been utilized by him doing his job. I asked him was he too busy to do it, and he said he was not, so he proceeded to process my package. I just felt like I got treated different that time compared to the many times I've been there before. At first I was upset about it internally, but as I thought about it it's just the way the world is today. So the best thing I can tell you is if you utilize this facility and you don't feel like inputting your information in the computer to mail a package, you do not have to do so. The clerk is there to intake your package. I understand if there is a long line and maybe utilizing that procedure, but if you got absolutely no customers at all, and you're not busy, I don't see why the attendant can't input your package. I was real disappointed in my visit there today and I hope the next time I go I don't experience the same.

This location and its drivers are absolutely awful. Poor customer service and the overall company policies are just poor. I will never do business with ups ever again. They have no respect for customers nor do they have any professionalism. Fedex, USPS, or any other package carrier will have my business form now on.

Black and Decker location has a staff member named Sarah , always happy , smiling remembers her customers, a real joy to see her when I ship items , excellent hire does an outstanding job , wish we had lots more like Sarah in the work force

UPS deliever 6 days a week and even have box containers for packages to be put in when they are close. on special delievers, they will deliver on Sundays and Holidays. it will cost a bit more, some find it worth the price to make sure family, friends and so on will get their packages 7 days aweek. I should know, I use UPS all the time. call the 800 number in your area. the is the best source of information you can get. the hoildays are a coming, so be ready, I am.

Yes but I would call the 800 #an ask them to hold there not to try to deliver it or they put it on the truck to deliver an thrn you have to make another trip.
They won't give you the number to a specific store unless it's an emergency. Usually, you'll have to call the 800 number and they will have the local office call you back from a restricted number within an hr or so. But I've gotten the local office number once in an emergency involving my prescriptions being delayed. They are not supposed to give you any number besides the 800 number.
