I brought my iphone in to fix the lens on the outside and the guy told me it was just the tempered glass and that I could just peel it off and buy a new one on amazon for cheap. He was really nice to give me some honest advice and not try to charge me anything for it.

This guy was very rude not sure if he was the owner or not I took my daughter’s iPad there to repair the screen. 6/18/22 I said she only had it a few days and it’s my fault I shouldn’t have given it to her without the screen protector on it. He said parents these day just give their kids a tablet to shut them up instead of parenting. I said she deserved this iPad. He said there are cheaper tablets you can buy for a kid do you know that. He was very rude. I should have taken my business elsewhere but I definitely will in the future. I will never go back there. He also quoted me $159.00 and when I got back to pick it up the total was now $171.00. My daughter is an A student if I want to buy her an iPad an iPhone an i anything that my money and my business. If my husband had of been there I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened like this he probably wouldn’t have even opened his mouth to say anything. Very poor customer service skills.

Had a continuous pop-up that I could not get rid of. I took the phone in and asked iFixandRepair to look at it and in 3 or 4 minutes it was fixed. Thanks a lot!

Yea they charged me $280 to replace a screen on iPhone 12 Pro Max that glitches took it back he rebooted it not the problem but whatever also after serious over charge I get error message apple detected it’s not apple parts he clearly told me it was so expensive cause he used good parts but not apple parts can’t clear the error message forgot to tell me he said sorry but for 280 bucks I expected better quality service. I think it was the way he he said it didn’t cross his mind to tell me about a permanent error message for $280 really?? Think harder next time not cool!!
