Unfortunately I had to give a one star bc that’s the lowest there is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever and do nothing but make promises they refuse to keep. I’ve been waiting almost a year for my order. Was told we’d pay once it was received, but they started charging us the day we ordered it. We’ve been paying on furniture we don’t even have for MONTHS!! Everytime they schedule to deliver they cancel and refuse to bring the pieces they’ve been holding in their warehouse FOR MONTHS!!! They are holding over half of my order hostage for one piece of furniture! And refuse to deliver or allow me to pick up what they’ve had in stock this whole time. We ordered this in December. They canceled our first order after it came in and gave it to another customer, then made us reorder and start over. Constant lies. Constant issues. Worst experience ever! BEWARE!!!! Twice in two months they promised to deliver and cancel the day or two before after I waited a month each time. And now I’m stuck with rails to a bed I can’t use and partial furniture pieces until THEY decide to ALLOW ME the rest of my furniture. Corporate customer service is useless and the stores don’t take responsibility for anything. They both deflect to each other to avoid having to deal with anything.

Calling customer service seems to always result in 45 min wait. It has been frustrating that each time I need to call, it is all routed to customer service, store never answers either. The wait is horrible. I decided from now on, I can drive to the store for questions quicker than calling.
R2G shutting them down. Their prices vs. quality was not good.
