Becki was always available to answer my calls and quickly got in contact with the appropriate parties when necessary to relay any of my concerns and/or questions. She was in constant contact with the listing agent and builder of my new home and kept me updated with progress reports and photos. She accompanied me during the final walk through and followed up with the builder regarding all discrepancies noted by the home inspector.
