Nikki is a saint. We loved working with her and she made the process so easy and stress free.

Very happy with our experience with Nikki. She was very patient, responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. We had two houses fall through that we were under contract on and she did a wonderful job of explaining everything as well as our options. When under contract she was constantly in contact with the attorneys, banks and other realtor and always on top of every step of the process. She is amazing at her job and we will definitely use her in the future!

How do I begin to explain the outstanding service that we received from Realtor Nikki Lane. In every aspect she totally exceeded our expectations. From the beginning she really listened to everything we told her about what we wanted. She is so knowledgeable in every aspect of what a realtor needs to know and than goes way beyond that. She advised us on certain things and in the end we ended up following her advice and now we have a beautiful new home in a lovely neighborhood. She also gives you all the information about the area and things you need to know. For example, all the utilities with the phone numbers so you don't have to look them up. She has kept in contact after the closing to make sure everything is going well. We have bought and sold several houses and have never had as wonderful an experience as with Nikki Lane. I would totally recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Some homebuyers can get their pre-approval letter within hours. People with straightforward W2 income, decent credit, and money in the bank can be house hunting the same day. But for others, getting the letter could take days or weeks. If you’re self-employed or have dinged credit, your lender will require more documentation upfront. It may submit your full file for manual approval by the bank’s underwriters before issuing the letter.
Closing is the day that settlement occurs, title is transferred and you get the keys to your new home.
How much you can afford is as unique as you are. While REALTORS are versed in the financial and legal aspects of home buying, it is always best to consult the experts in those areas. As a local REALTOR, I have the ability to connect you with reputable, reliable and local lenders who can educate you on the loan product types that will best suit your needs.
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. Getting a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction. We can help you with that process.
