UPDATE: 08/12/22 i had to update my original review which i will leave here below my update. I was searching for a tough to find firearm so I did my usual gunbroker search. Found it on the net and was watching it for a few days. In the meantime I Hail Mary called Carolina Caliber and spoke with Lennon. Lennon is likely the most polite and professional as well as honest a thorough fellow that any gun shop employee could possibly be. Lennon said he’d look in the back for what I was seeking. He told me there were 5 of these rare gems just sitting in the back. He then goes back and inspects each one and brings out the one with the best fit and finish, as well as the best trigger mechanism there was out of the 5 firearms. We examine it together and compare it to my existing carry piece. It was clear that I had exactly what I’m looking for. Lennon then told me “no pressure, I’ll be here tomorrow, Saturday, and next week, so if you would like to think about it please take your time”. Outside if this firearm being in perfect Performance Center condition, it was Lennon’s no pressure sales technique that made up my mind. I went home today with a beautiful firearm and a great feeling of being treated like not only a priority customer, but as a person who’s satisfaction is 100% of what Carolina caliber aims to do for each and every one of us. Great place to provide anyone all of their firearm related needs. Old review from a year ago: I have purchased several firearms at Carolina Caliber and can attest to their positive customer service and salesperson positivity. The gunsmith is incredibly helpful and takes his time to assess my needs, and advises with good intention and experience. The sales staff at the front and register are polite, courteous, give a welcoming greeting, and have the patience to satisfy my customer needs. When I read other reviews that are less than stellar it makes me wonder how valid those reviews really are. My experiences have been nothing but outstanding.
