Today many don’t care about giving Good customer service, but it makes a difference in my decision to buy. Ted first and foremost gave the best I’ve seen in a long time. He turned his car around, opened the gate, turned the lights back on at close, and gave me second to none service like it was 8am and the day was just starting. I was speechless. His service to me made the deal. Then the finance manager handled me a week later with such respect, then Ryan showed me he cared about me as a individual with my finance situation… it was all unbelievable. Oh, if that wasn’t enough the parts manager laid out the red carpet with extra accessories. They truly adopted me into the Subaru family. I am a fan, and I’d travel across the country to buy from them again. I’ve not seen such service in such a long time. They didn’t need to do any of what they did, because Subaru make sells itself. Thank you for the most amazing buying experience I’ve ever had in buying a car🙏🏾. I bought my first Subaru, the forester Limited, and I’m happy with my purchase.

I purchased a 2022 Subaru Outback on 5/18/22. I had a very positive experience. After about two months I accepted the fact that I had made a mistake in buying the Outback. I really needed something that was a little easier to get in and out of but wanted to stay with a Subaru product. . (Several friends had the Forester model and I could easily compare). I went back and initiated a conversation with Ted Vandiford III, the sales associate that helped me in May. I shared my concerns that I really thought I would be happier with a Forester. Ted got his Manager, Bill Henderson, involved. Long story short, a 2022 Subaru Forester was located that matched up with the colors and options I wanted. It arrived within 30 days. I took delivery today and could not be HAPPIER. Ted, Bill and Ryan McKinnon, he did the paperwork, made the whole process easy. This second experience was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this team if you are in the market for a new car and why not consider a Subaru, rated #1 by Consumer Reports.

From start to finish, Capital Subaru of Greenville exceeded my expectations. I wanted to order a 2023 Crosstrek Sport and talked to several Subaru dealerships in the state. Some salesmen were overbearing, others were difficult to work with, but Sean Rouse at the Greenville dealership was respectful, responsive, and easy to work with. So much so, that I was willing to drive from Chapel Hill to Greenville. Once the car was delivered, Mark Messer was personable and friendly at the dealership as well. What stood out the most, however, was this dealership’s integrity. There was a misunderstanding in the quoting process, but the general manager, Bill Henderson, graciously honored the original quote. I would highly recommend working with the people at Capital Subaru of Greenville!
