Everyone from the sales team (e.g. Johnathan Rose) to the technicians (Keith Miller) is totally amazing. I say that in large because they’re incredibly friendly, responsive, forthcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Jonathan was able to identify the specific problems that I had with my turf and he called them out by name in doing so while surveying my lawn. But not only that he was on time for his appointment and allowed me to ask all of the questions that I could think of prior to concluding his survey. What I liked most is that he didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics and he told me that my lawn wouldn’t require some of the things that I was actually asking for. He concluded by sending me a proposal for a baseline of services that he recommended for lawn maintenance. As for Keith, he hung around after finishing my initial service call on August 31st to type up his notes and to allow time for questions. Like Johnathan he took the time to answer each question that I had and he did so with a smile. What I liked most is that he was forthcoming in telling me that he wasn’t able to treat the entirety of my lawn because he didn’t have enough chemicals on hand to do so at the time. To that end, he said that I would need to follow up with the office to have someone come back out and finish up the remainder of the job. I appreciated that the most because he very well could’ve left me to believe that the job had been completed in its entirety and I would’ve been none the wiser. Moving along, I followed up by speaking with Jessica Mouton on September 1st to schedule a follow up turf service call and to inquire about Keith’s recommendations. Like her colleagues before her, Jessica took the time to answer every question that I had and she did so with a smile in her voice and patience throughout. And not only that, she was able to get someone from dispatch to come out today on September 2nd as opposed to next week as originally forecast. With all of that being said, I’m so happy that I decided to go with Barefoot Lawncare vs their competitors in my service area. And on that note, I’d highly recommend that you give them a call too if your lawn needs some professional TLC.

Barefoot service has declined severely. My lawn was great for a couple of years and the last two summers everything browned out and weeds took over. When I complained they said they weren't at fault. Other people in the community use them and their lawns look fine. Mine they say is because no shade. Others in the neighborhood have no shade eithe
