Rachel Ondek was absolutely amazing with her care. She was attentive, timely, and her methodical analysis of my medical issue was appreciated and relieving. I was seen within 10 minutes of reporting to the office and my care was complete appropriately 30 minutes later. Her bedside manners are impeccable and her explanation of treatment was thorough. I went to urgent care tonight and was told because they have seen the limit of patients today they are unable to see me. My question to the receptionist was why stay open until 9 and maybe you should state that on you website. When people are not feeling well that is not something they want to hear.
