There is a parking structure just South of the stop, you can park there overnight.

If you mean by wheelchair, there are elevators. If you just have a cane or walker you can take the escalator instead, but be warned that they sometimes disable it during certain times of the day.
Check the line youre looking for. Red and blue are open 24 hours i know for sure.
