Drivers are wonderful. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible. No phone number or fax for local terminal. Calling customer service does nothing but transfer you all over the place, never talking to a real person. Very hard to conduct business when you cannot contact anyone. Been dealing with this for 2 yrs or more. Talking to manager of site about a better way to contact has done no good. It's so frustrating. Who conducts business this way?
