I went to visit someone and this place needs help! The roads are filthy hopefully I don't get a flat the area stanks. Trash all on the ground trash hanging out the trash cans. Trash cans all on the side walk blocking the walk way entrance. I was told they remodel but from the looks of it it doesn't seem as if they did. What happened to this place I lived here as a child and never seen this place like this before. Something need to be done.

Where do I start first off I live here I can never speak to someone because they never in the office my apt is a 2 bedroom when I suppose to be on a 3 I’m trying to get help to sue the place because the apt I live in is trash they changed my locks without telling me and didn’t even give me a key but left my door open smh

The apartments are in disrepair. When a problem is reported it is not repaired. Heat pumps do not work most of the time. Pipes leak, tubs back up and won't drain, tiles are coming off of the floors, paint peels off of the walls. There are no screens on the Windows so they can be opened for fresh air. Windows are easily accessed from the outside. Management changes constantly so nothing is ever done to make the apartments nice.

This place is horrible I moved in dec 2018 and moved out Jan 2018. Due to drug activity and the drama. The property manager didn’t want to do her job. I’ve been waiting since April 2018 to get my deposit back. It is now sept 2018. I’ve been gave the run around since then. They screen calls and only answer if they don’t know the number. The mantince guy is trouble as well. DONT LIVE HERE!
