Awesome service from a great small business owner! Took my trolling motor in to be repaired expecting to leave it for a week. Given it costs me $2000 was very concerned owner might overcharge me. Owner took it apart right away showing me the issue. At no point tried to paint a bad picture to get more money out of me. Extremely honest individual that knew his engineering details of the trolling motor. Was also patient explaining the issues and how it should look. Most small shops don't give you such insight. Motorguide is not easy to service, but he knew its inner working quite well and even had parts. Coastline was recommended by the Bass Pro service center in Cary, NC. They proved worth the drive and trolling motor is working almost like new.
