Utimately, how we were treated from day one is why we chose Performance East over others. The Finance Manager had everything in order on our pick up date and all that was seamless. We love our new boat! Highly recommend giving this dealer a visit. They are a good group of outdoor enthusiast.

Picked up a new boat from Performance East in Goldsboro. I could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Worked with Chris as soon as I spotted the boat I had been looking for. I reached out via Facebook and he was in touch with me immediately. I drove out to meet him and see the boat the next day. Due to travel could not pick up for several weeks. Chris kept me informed all along the way and promptly answered all of my questions. The pick up process was just as smooth. Worked with Austin on the financial side of things. Absolutely outstanding and very quick / painless process - everything was 100% ready for me when I arrived. Chris then took me through the boat in great detail addressing all of my questions. I never felt rushed and nothing was too simple to ask about. Chris has made himself available to me post sale which has been a great help as well. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a large purchase item. I am quite critical of service levels and have high expectations and these guys met the mark. I would highly recommend them.

I've never experienced a bad time there from the time I enter the building until I exit I always get a family feeling from each employee I encounter whether they're helping me or not. Taylor goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, patient, honest, and easy to talk to. Never has it been a time that I've reached out with a question or concern and he didn't answer my question or get the answer to it.
