AWESOME, I reached out to them about a duck in our yard that I thought was dying: Amanda called me back and was kind enough to come and pick up the duck, and had good information to share and is keeping me updated on the duck's progress.

I said I would be willing to do the work if they would supply the medication. They gave me half responses and when I finally purchased it myself they said somebody else was already doing it. Not well organized at all.

I left a lengthy message for them about an Opossum that was injured, and I was trying to get help for it. They never called me back. Not even as a courtesy to let me know whether or not they can help with something like that or point me in the right direction of who could. I guess a suffering animal wasn’t enough for them to bother with calling me back.
