We used Carmichael Propane for over 5 years. Starting in December their service went completely downhill. Could not get them to come swap out our tank for a larger one or fill the one we currently had. Multiple calls & multiple broken appointments later we moved over to Edisto Gas (who went above and beyond to get us service). Now I'm battling with them to pick up their tank. Missed the first appointment to do so and when i called to see when they were coming I was told by Dallas that they couldn't tell me when. She also talked over top of me, would not let me explain the situation then hung up on me. Avoid Carmichael Propane, they obviously cannot get their stuff together these days.

Well here we are in an ice storm an we heat an cook with gas. They are supposed to be out every month to fill us up. They haven't been to our house since October. We are out of gas. No heat an can't cook. Not a soul to call till Monday. We will be switching.
