The assistance in the store was awesome as always, but being charged for an unscheduled appointment even when I called before I went in and was told by customer service that I didn't need an appointment is ridiculous. So, I called regarding being charged $60 v/s $30 due to not having an appointment both the supervisor and his upper representative were both rude and wouldn't budge. Yes, I was not a happy customer when I called and will not deal with them any longer, sadly because the techs in the New Bern location have been nothing but awesome and helped me with every issue I've had with nothing but respect. Customer service should be a priority and communication is key. That needs to reflect in upper management.

Went above and beyond to assist with my iPhone. Will continue to utilize them for any AppleCare issues.

Just left them, Ian was wonderful and entertaining while fixing my problem. I will be going back to get a laptop fixed!

Amazing staff. They were so helpful. I am computer illiterate and they were able to explain my issue where I was able to understand the problem. New Bern is lucky to have them. Please visit them for all your computer and phone issues.

Sorry, we do not.
We would facilitate a whole unit replacement through Apple. Http://myios.care
Unfortunately the only phones we work on are iPhones. May want to check with ibreakufix
We sure do!
Our minimum fee is $60 and re-seating your RAM would be included and sounds as though it may resolve your issue.
We can definitely assist you. Give us a call 252-558-1280
We are actually discontinuing this service, but are still accepting jobs until Thanksgiving. I’m honestly not positive on the cost off the top of my head but somewhere are $8-12 a DVD.
Sounds like hard drive is beginning to fail. I would make sure you have a backup and plan for hard drive replacement or computer replacement.
