Normal CDC precautions. The owners do a great job making sure to wash hands, wear masks, distance safely, and move people through the lines.
We do not make traditional cheese straws, although our breadsticks for our salads (which we sell in 6 oz bags) have similar flavors. They're made with parmesan cheese and fennel.
