Great question: No appointment is necessary to send the passport. Only the USPS office requires an appt to get one. Bring evidence of citizenship, photocopy of ID, photos and fees in person at a passport acceptance facility. 💌✉️
They provide you with shipping labels free and if you mean print them they can print anything or provide templates for shipping labels 💌📧
