I usually have a great experience with the staff and Doctors.They have helped me a lot in the past. But yesterday I had a unpleasant conversation with whomever answered the phone there.It was like , if your a member you get treated with the up most respect and if your not a member it's like you done something wrong. No one , member or not should be treated so horrible. That one Lady , im not going to mention her name will be the reason new clients want go there and members will leave. Other than that the care I get from the Nurse Practitioner and Doctors are great..

I would never have left a review if this place had not sent me an email requesting a five star one. I have been there all of one time for a VA exam. At that time I was kept waiting well past my appt time and the doctor I was given was a guy. I do not see male doctors and specifically requested a female be in the room during that time and the front desk lady assured me they would let the doctor know my request. After being called back I waited in the room and overheard the doctor telling the nurse just outside the door that I did not need a female and would be fine. When he came in I told him no I wanted a female and he said they did not have enough staff to ensure a woman was present. There were five women working up front at the time. He closed the door and I had a panic attack which he ignored as he did the exam. There was no reason for him not to allow it and as someone who suffers from issues with men this was despicable. His then tried to rope me into becoming a patient and pulled me into meet his office manager and set up an account. I’ve never been back and never will go back. This appt was last year in early summer but I remember it very clearly and his behavior was unacceptable. The reason I’m writing now is the VA just tried to send me there for another exam and I flat-out refuse. He does not care about his patients’ mental well-being or respect them.
