Visited this place multiple times for fishing. A nice place to hangout and has a play park for kids too.

First time visiting this park. It's very nice and open. Parking seems small if it ever gets crowded. Playground looks fun and safe and clean. It is probably the local soccer field meet up for the local teams. So , likely crowded during games etc. A neat looking bridge that leads to a shaded walking path. Very nice. Would definitely stop by if in the area again.

Yes there is a walking trail. I would say it's probably 11/2 to 2 miles to walk all the way around.
Have not heard anything about that. Try Tony Young.
I am not sure why, good question to ask the Park manager,or city Mayor. They have replaced all the old equipment and put down better padding under all the equipment.
