Dr. Taft is excellent. I can’t remember the last time I felt heard or respected in an office. All of the staff is so kind as well. I saw their recent reviews after posting mine and came back to edit. 1) Medicaid not being accepted here isn’t a valid reason to leave a poor review. 2) I had zero issues getting an appointment immediately. Everyone I spoke to was very kind. People match energy as they should. 3) There were at least 12 people there when I went and I don’t think it took exceptionally long to be seen/have my tests/lab work done. All in all, I am very happy I chose this practice.

Decided to no longer establish care with this practice after recent interactions. When initially scheduling I was told I would be able to see MD/DO only. However when I called back to inquire who I was scheduled with for my initial appt (nearly $600) I was told that I had to see a midwife to establish for paperwork(despite being a week away from full-term and having concerns that I could meet a doctor for the first time at delivery). My concerns were dismissed and I was told that there would be no exception.

I was just on the phone with someone saying that they do not take medicaid medicaid so is this a lie or do they not take medicaid anymore?

This is the worst service I've ever had in my life. Everyone is extremely unprofessional and no one knows what they're talking about. They don't take accountability for a mistake on their part and when addressed, they hang the phone up in the middle of you speaking. People in this field should not behave in such a rude manner. They have no sense of urgency and they lie to you for their benefit. I will be reporting these people to their higher ups. Do not get service from them, they do not care about you or your baby. It's just a job to them. Disgusting, uneducated people.

Yes they do
Yes you have the right to choose which physician you see. However please take into consideration that limiting yourself to one physician well make scheduling a little harder as they see OB and GYN patients. Limiting yourself to one doctor may give you a false perception of your doctor's availability. I for one use to try and limit myself to one doctor especially while pregnant but I quickly learned each physician there takes their time to educate themselves on each patient and always has your best interest at heart. Every physician is very skilled and compassionate.
