Incredibly rude staff. The receptionist was short with me and was unwilling to help or meet my needs. It was as if she was offended that I even called. Unbelievable. Students at this school should be able to access good healthcare, but due to the lack of respect from this facility I will be taking my business elsewhere, as in three hours away, all the way back home elsewhere, :) thanks so much for absolutely nothing.

I have never had a bad experience at student health. All the staff- from the receptionists, RNs, NPs, lab technicians, pharmacists, and MDs- are nothing but the best. I had to complete health requirements for nursing school here at ECU and they made the process so easy! Thank you for all that you do!

I emailed my immunization records to the immunization office and put it on my file on my pirate chart how will I know to get it checked off on my pirate port?

Please allow 4-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation that your records are complete or if something is missing, you will be notified. Be sure to check your "junk" folder as well as sometimes the email is mistaken for spam; it comes from "no reply @ medicat.com"

My daughter needs a physical in order to play club vb. Form is due by Tuesday, Feb. 4th. Can you all do that?

Many of our services are free or reduced price, so you may want to call us at 252-328-6841 to inquire about your specific reason for visit so can give you more personalized advice about potential charges.
