This was my first time doing a salt soak and this place was so amazing. Super relaxing and peaceful. The hostess was tiffany today and she was super helpful. Very clean and welcoming environment. They offer towels, ear plugs and vasoline for little cuts you dont want salt in. If you forgot your flip flops dont worry they have extra pairs so you dont ruin your shoes. They have the lounge for afterwards to relax with an oxygen bar and herbal tea. A nice little area to fix your hair and makeup with blow dryers and some hair products. I suffer from arthritis and have some nerve pain issues and this made me feel so great afterward. Over all im very impressed and look forward to coming back. Dont hesitate to give it a try!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE floatation therapy and True REST in Cool Springs is a good one! Easy to get in and out out. Nice private, quiet, well maintained rooms. In many ways, it's more relaxing than a full body massage. Just float in abundant magnesium and drift off into NOTHING as your whole body just rejuvenates and unwinds!
