Friendly staff include smiley faces on bill and keys. The room was ready and keys were available at check-in. No id is required. Spacious room and easy to sign in to wifi. Some extraneous noise as other doors close and back of the hotel is close to FedEx site with the beep of trucks backing up throughout the night.

Pros: Very nice hotel, very clean! Love the beds, sheets are so soft. Breakfast is always ready before their scheduled time. Cons: Rooms need an update furniture starting to look worn. TV’s don't stream, no USB plugs.

This was an easy location to find and within 10 minutes of the soccer fields. The staff, especially Hailey, were all friendly and professional. They made our stay easy and kept calm and clear-headed even when they were swamped by a bunch of guests needing things all at once. We love the Holiday Inn Express breakfasts and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Positive: I like the location of the hotel and the fact that they had free breakfast and were pet friendly but that¿s about it. Negative: Overall the experience wasn¿t good. We booked that hotel because it was supposed to have a hot tub and pool but when we got there the hot tub was cautioned off and the pool was freezing. Our room wasn¿t the cleanest and our shower head was broke!
