Positive: Front desk staff  was very helpful when I checked in. Room overall was better than I expected for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Security seemed to be good. Negative: Alarm clock had the wrong time and could not be changed. Outer shower curtain had some stains. The elevator was small. It was fine for us (two people with one bag each), but might be tight if you have more people and luggage.

Positive: They are starting renovations so some areas are "construction". Staff were very nice. Negative: This hotel entrance was hard to find but worth the cost. Our room was needing an update and new carpet.

We unfortunately decided to leave the hotel and not stay the night. The room smelled like smoke, some of the toiletries were empty (the lotion bottle felt greasy and had nothing in it), there was a half empty toilet paper roll on the holder (they did have a fresh one on the side as well, but still... Also, the toilet was at an angle and not parallel to the wall), there were stains on the headboard and bed skirt, the towels looked dingy, the door looked as if it had been patched up, and the bathtub had particles on the edge. In general, the whole place felt dirty and the location didn't seem the safest. However, the person at the front desk was courteous and we appreciated her friendliness.

Rooms was clean and comfortable. Small bathroom and sink area. No safety bar in tub. There was no TV remote in room. Called front desk. Instead of bringing one to room, they made go to front desk to get one. No coffee available at check out. Went back to room at 11:05 am to get rest of luggage and was locked out of room
