We went to Best Buy for the sole purpose of obtaining a Jitterbug phone for my brother. We purchased the phone and was told to call the customer service number to activate it and pay an activation fee of $35. We paid the fee but when it came to activating it, they could not find the activation number. We went back and forth for 3 days with Customer Services and the problem turned out to be the difference between a RETAIL sale and a direct sale of the Jitterbug phone. When that was discovered, and the correct customer service number was used, we were up and running within another day. It was a very frustrating experience. I hope they get the JitterBUGS worked out!

They push flat-screens and smartphones. Whatever else they have, you know of from the website or stumbling upon it. If our Terre Haute store would have Oculus playable demo OR a gaming pc with Gears 5 on ultra with Rtx 3080...Even the smart home devices are lacklust; sitting on the shelf, possibly blinking lights. I went in to BestBuy because I had a question on how to move something from my phone to my laptop. I had spoken to a gentleman but he declined to help me. As I was walking out the door I approached 2 employees; 1 named Honesty and 1 named James. They explained the process and told me what I needed to buy to complete the task. If you bought the game system there , yes. If not, not sure. Call and ask for Geek Squad .Also if they don't, you might want to check out Disc Replay.

It varies depending on the phone. You should call Best Buy and ask directly, that would be your best solution. But you know there are independent phone stores as well who have repair shops. I would shop around and get the best deal. Just remember compare not only the price but the quality as well.

Do you want a wired or wireless? That makes a difference in price. If for a laptop wireless is better, comes with a thingy to plug into laptop, then you are connected.. If you want one for a hard drive tower, wired is probably the best. Best way to see, Best Buy.com and search, that way you know what they have and what you want before you go. Saving time and money.
