Sometimes is crowded but it's a good place to come and bike, roller skate or skate. Beach is close and also a bike rent place where you can also get fix your bike just in case it brokes

this park is full of little kids who have no awareness of their surroundings which makes sense because they are kids and collisions happen often because of this. At most times this park looks like a playground and not a skatepark, parents just take their kids, leave and do whatever. Also the park is not fun in my opinion and i would not recommend coming here.

I brought my daughter and her friend there they have a great time. We spend half of day there we walk to the beach and hangout around the area they have a dog park too Make sure to go early it get crowded
