Poor service...high jacked prices! And it keeps going up every year. A charges you went not even in use! Your at the mercy of them charging what they want. No meter to verify any just a bill

Here’s the problem...when paying my bill telephonically, information is asked and the information was given, but your balance is not given so your not sure how much is owed. If you have your bill in hand and are not sure if you paid the bill, you have no way of telling and placing the correct total amount in because you’re not given a balance. Unfortunately I then had to call another number to confirm that my bill was paid in full.
