This is the most irritating company I’ve ran across in a long time. I don’t know how they got our phone number but they call us relentlessly day after day after day, wanting to know if I know anyone that wants to move into my area. I’ve blocked they’re number numerous times but they spoof they’re number and keep calling. I’m sick and tired of they’re deceitful practices.

Things to consider are financing options, location, and market knowledge. As with most things, the more preparation done upfront, the easier the process becomes. We recommend meeting with your real estate professional to build a plan to help you get the home you want in the time that you want it.
Buying vacant land is different than buying a residential property. Financing a vacant land purchase is different as well. We recommend contacting a lender that specializes in vacant land financing and they will be able to give your specific information regarding down payment requirements.
