May 3, 2021 was not a good day! Our house caught fire and our garage was destroyed. As you can see from the photo, we lost everything! The fire also went up the side of our house, blew out two windows and demolished our PG&E meter and solar meter. Our home was full of smoke damage, water damage, glass and debris. SERVPRO of Vacaville was a huge blessing that day and in the days and weeks to come. They were right there to guide us that afternoon. They boarded up our garage. They put a new lock on our front door, which was destroyed to retrieve our dog from the fire. They found us a place to stay and gave us care packages. They were right by our side and advised us of all the necessary steps to take. They took care as they cleaned the smoke and other damage from our home. We don't know what we would have done without their guidance. There was so much to think about and SERVPRO had the answers! All of the employees treated us with respect and compassion from the day of the fire throughout the rebuilding process. SERVPRO put thought and diligence into our rebuild. Our rebuild came out beautiful..see the after photo. Their expertise, trustworthiness, and professionalism are first rate! They made our scary and heartbreaking experience so much better and we will be forever grateful. Servpro is the company you want to call if you live in Vacaville and you ever need a major cleanup from fire or water damage. I know this first hand because I was there when my best friend’s house caught on fire. Servpro was there immediately to provide all the information and assistance my friends needed to get through such a stressful time. I would absolutely Recommend Servpro to anyone in need of this type of service. The Servpro crew worked very hard to do the necessary clean-up needed after the fire at our place. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professional. We were very happy with the work that they did for us. Gary was great too! He helped us tremendously with advice and names of other people to help us out. Once cleanup began, Vivian ran the crew along with working very hard herself. The cleanup was not the easiest cleanup, as everyone had to work in Summer temps over 100 degrees each day. We especially appreciated the way Vivian always kept excellent communication with us. A great crew & company to deal with when the unexpected happens.
