It took 30 minutes or so for me to get my curbside pick up and I didn’t even get it curbside. I had to go in the store. The workers are lazy, rude, and aloof. I don’t know if Home Depot is a better option, but it might be worth a try.

Customer service wouldn't answer phone continue to wait for over an hour. My husband even call and never got an answer. Make no since. Called back for flooring just to see if anyone would answer still waited for a long period of time and still no answer

What kind of licks
The staff at Lowe's is very hands on. The problem is not the people it's the lack of people. Corporate America is more concerned with their bottom line than their consumers. So they under staff the stores and expect one person to do the job of three. I'm not sure it will do any good but, complaining to corporate about how understaffed their stores are is probably the best recourse. I hope you are able to get the help you need.
