The staff at Lowe's is very hands on. The problem is not the people it's the lack of people. Corporate America is more concerned with their bottom line than their consumers. So they under staff the stores and expect one person to do the job of three. I'm not sure it will do any good but, complaining to corporate about how understaffed their stores are is probably the best recourse. I hope you are able to get the help you need.
No one is ever at the desk... and if so already in a transition of company phone order.. always best to know exactly what it is you looking for and just ask for tips afterwards.. THE GOOGLE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND 👌🏾TRUUU$T MEI!!!😉
