They banned my 5 year old daughter for not having her insurance card they were given the insurance ID number but that was unacceptable for them they would not allow me to reschedule my appointment for my daughter to get her another insurance card instead they just banned her from ever seeing their doctors office again which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

I have been taking my six children to Dr. O’Hara for 8 years now. She is very patient with all of them, especially my youngest who always gets himself worked up before an appt. Candie at the front is very sweet, as are all the hygienists. Highly recommend.

Didn't have to wait long. Good service. Nice people. They made sure I wasn't scared and let me know what was gonna happen. They chopped off my leg with love <3

Me and my husband made an appointment for our 6 year old we went to this office because our son had a cavity that was hurting him and this office had the closest appointment..the first visit was just to take pics of his teeth to see what needed to be done, the sweet lady who cleaned his teeth was amazing and kind,we made the next appointment to get his tooth extracted, the dentist "dr Ohara, was not patient with my son at all,my son was In an enormous amount of pain and she kept giving him more and more lidocain, in between prying his tooth put...there was no pulling at all...he continued to tell her it was hurting him and she finally lost her patience with him when my son asked another question. She grabbed his face, pushed his head back down and told him she wasnt answering anymore questions, and that everyone at the office was ready to go home, that they had been there all day, our appointment was att 415,we showed up 30 mins early and diddnt get called into the back office until 440ish.,let me remind you...shes speaking to my 6 year old,she then Pushed his hands down while he went to ask what a tool was she had on around her neck, and told him to hush his mouth, and stop.asking questions, that she wasnt answering anything else and that her ears were ringing and she wasnt going to listen to it anymore and that he could leave now with just half his tooth pulled out,and just cry every night from the pain, she then turns around and grabs a tool and trys to hand it to my child and said do you want to pull your own tooth out yourself?!?With the most hateful tone in her voice,I can not believe this lady is allowed to work on children's teeth, she obviously only cares about getting off work. You can tell that she cares nothing about her children patient's,and her attitude is one of the worst I've ever dealt with,I would not recomend ANYONE to bring their children to this woman, she was hateful, impatient, and rude.she also never gave me any after care instructions AT ALL.This was by far the worst experience I've ever had to deal with and my poor baby, screamed so loud for so long in her office that his voice is now almost completely gone, and while he was screaming, she looked at the other nurse and actually laughed,I felt so terrible, had I of looked at these reviews my son NEVER would of been there in the first place, she gave me another appointment which will most definitely be canceled. Save yourself some heartache and do not schedule an appointment here, this lady doesn't deserve to work with children at all.she has no remorse,or emotions, its the saddest thing I've ever had to watch my child go trhough,we scheduled another dentist to.check her work.because we think somthing wasnt done right because she was obviously rushing.and yes....my son.is black, and I do think his inurance(Medicaid) played a role in how he was treated And yes I was present at both appointments unlike what she is saying, only one parent was allowed in the room,so my husband went to the room with caden, while I was in the waiting room, which was right beside the room she was in with my son,I had to step outside one time because my son screaming in pain was making me cry,you ma'am are a liar and just wrong on so many levels.I could hear everything being said the entire time and yes we wrote two bad reviews because we want people to know what kind of person/dentist you are, that's okay though because we found a great dentist, and we learned a valuable lesson, dont let just anyone do work on your children, check their reviews first.one bad review?okay.two bad reviews...okay....3 4 5 6 7 8 bad reviews out of 10....that's not a coincidence....your terrible with children...plain and simple.
