My appointment was set for 8:30 along with several other people. I ended up waiting for over and hour to be seen. I never saw the doctor, because I had other appointments planned for that day. I left the office around 10:45 only to have to set up yet another appointment to see the doctor. At that time I was told I would have to make another appointment for my teeth to be cleaned. Now we are talking about three appointments. Just for a very small cleaning.

I found out you don’t get what you asking for :) I did wait long time to be treated but in the end “Ashley “ was the one who made me feel all right and I left the place as happy as I could be.. Sending hugs and love to everyone who works there... 💜

With it being my first time visiting a dentist office i was extremely nervous and not sure what to expect, from the moment i set my appointment everyone at this dental office made me feel welcomed and made the first time experience no where near as nerve racking as i was anticipating. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why they were as well as explaining cost breakdown. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’ve had bad experience elsewhere

2nd edit. I would drop this to 0 stars if possible. We have had to go else where to get seen and to have the dentures looked at, the process took all of 20 minutes and they were much more hands on about the pain and pressure here and finding a solution for it, rather then just throwing numbing crème around you and using the “short staffed, over booked” Excuse like this place has done since the 1st tooth was pulled. It’s not that their work is bad, they just have too much going on to do it correctly, timely and in a humane way. The extra pain and suffering from delays is really not cool on their part. 1st edit:A 2nd set later and still no improvement from the 1st “final” set. I think my father now has been given 7 small tubes of coracane for the pain rather then just addressing the issue. Original: Having a hard time saying I would go back for myself or recommend them with the absolute lack of communication my father has received. The final set of dentures is causing extreme amounts of pain, and he can’t eat, this was expressed multiple times and for 48 hours we haven’t heard a word back even though he was told “We would call back” They are having major scheduling conflicts it seems and do a lot of commutating for appointments through texts with their doctors so I don’t know how they can tell from a text how bad someone’s final set is or the sense of urgency that this person is essentially starving to death. This is really an attempt to get a phone call back because at this point we don’t know how to.
