The worst every, they are definitely rude. I paid $366 for unknown reasons, didnt get account number, and they didn't bother turning on the power or water.

Never had a problem with the city!!! Pay your bill on time and build a good history. If you get in a bind, call them early. They might be able to help you.

I have not payed my bill because. I Have not stay at my house so thay cut it off and that’s cool but when I Went to pay my bill it it 845$ and I ask the way and thay siad something about a flat line fee and I am on Disability and that all I getevery Month idk what to d can any body help me are tell me what I could do please I need water

They literally put the disconnection letter the day of Disconnection Which is Crazy It has have happened to me more then once while I have a 1 year old in the house….they don’t care
