I am replying to the “owner’s” response to my first review post… Making a polite request, asking a question nicely or putting forth a simple inquiry is NOT making a demand. I have never once DEMANDED anything in your shop. Clearly there’s always 2 sides to every situation & you have only considered 1 side, NOT both sides.
