This store and the store manager are horrible they're always closed an hour or more early for no reason, they barely have any cashiers, and the manager loves to yell at clients. I don't usually call corporate to complain but I had to on this store due to the ridiculous service they provide and as they choose to schedule their own hours regardless of the posted hours.

THIS STORE AND THESE EMPLOYEES MAKE BIG BEAR LOOK BAD!!!! DROVE HERE BECAUSE THEIR DOOR AND WEBSITE SAYS OPEN UNTIL 7:00!!! It’s 6:50 on Mother’s day, they are open, but this woman will not let me in! A long line inside!!!! THIS STORE AND THESE EMPLOYEES MAKE BIG BEAR LOOK BAD!

So shocked to find this store almost empty. The help said they are waiting for the shipments to come in stuff waiting in containers out in the ocean on ships. This place is your "go to" place when they are filled. They have a little bit of everything and it's very fun to walk the isles. I miss the shelves being full and the creative stuff they have. I will patiently wait. *PLEASE don't go out of business.

There's really nothing in the store and there's only one cashier most days. On this day you can only use card and no cash. I did find some Halloween 🎃 cups, but nothing else really. They just need more help.
