ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE CITY! You’re better off being late to work finding another location, falling asleep at work or starving than wasting your money here. There’s never anything in stock and even the simple drinks aren’t made correctly. As inconveniently located as it is, it should just be shut down completely if the location can’t be renovated or have properly trained employees.

Today was the 5th time my order was not made to what I paid for. For example, I've ordered salted caramel cold cream on my drink several times and know the taste. The last three times they charged me the $1.25 for the cold cream but never put it in my drink. This location takes 15+ mins sometimes for a drink so it's hard to go back and have them fix it. While I understand being understaffed, it's also not right to charge someone for something then not give it to them. Not worth it anymore.

An unexpected suprise finding this place, but it appears the Reliant Center coordinator along S. Main is being revitalized. Found this Starbucks after a wrong turn looking for a place to pop in early one morning before heading over to the Texans/49ers open practice. What struck me was the small parking lot, which I felt would translate into a large store. Nope. Nada. Nunca. The store is shaped like a capital letter "I". But, what they lack in space they try to make up in minimalist chic: funky chairs, spare tasteful art on the walls and a lovely counter that runs the length of the store. The place looks like if Ikea & Starbucks had a love child. No, what a hip coffee startup would look like in a trendy hotel or upscale new airport. But, I surmised quickly, this store was about maximizing a prime real estate location, it's sleek efficient with no bells or whistles. They want you to get your coffee and go. Which was on full display with all the well dress working professionals grabbing and going with their call in orders. This is a store for them. Sadly, re service I saw what is now commonplace, a large staff of millennials providing poor customers service because they don't know what it looks like. There was more cutting up going on by the staff, than nap time at the local daycare. There was so many repeated apologies to customer's for not having an key ingredient for a certain drink, taking to long to make her orders (remember, busy professionals, so fast & good service is paramount) & just being too loud, too hyper & playful young adults. It's was like daycare. So, to me a distracted worker is an unproductive worker. But, despite a small parking lot, a small store, and awkward routes to get to & from the store and a staff of Generation Ys. Starbuck's brand overcomes by drawing them like flies to....

I don't know but the Starbucks on buffalo speedway is up and running great.
Probably 18 at least. All the baristas seem very young.
